How we use it

Quote requests are shared with up to 3 matched contractors so they can contact you about your project. We and our matched contractors may contact you by phone, SMS, and email — including autodialed calls, prerecorded, artificial, or AI-generated voice calls — where you have given consent. Contractor contact information is used to verify and manage listings and to inform contractors about directory services. We do not sell personal information to unrelated third parties; sharing quote requests with the contractors you asked to hear from is the core function of the service.

SMS program

By opting in on our forms, you agree to receive SMS related to your quote request or listing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchase. We do not share SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing.

Data retention and rights

We retain lead, listing, and consent records as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations. You may request access to or deletion of your personal information by emailing privacy@findcoatingpros.com. We will honor verified requests within a reasonable time, subject to records we must keep (such as consent logs).
